All services are digital in nature. No physical products are delivered.

• All payments are one-time payments

• Digital Hub does not provide automatic recurring billing

• Customers are charged only for the selected service and duration

• All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR)

3. Order Confirmation & Service Delivery

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed

• Service delivery is completed via email, online access, or remote support

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the selected digital service

4. Service Usage & Ownership

• Services are provided for personal or business use only

• Ownership of delivered digital work, where applicable, is transferred after successful delivery

• Digital Hub may showcase non-confidential work for portfolio or promotional purposes

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

• Once a digital service or subscription assistance is successfully delivered or activated, refunds are not applicable

6. Prohibited Use

Customers agree not to:

• Misuse delivered services

• Attempt unauthorized access or redistribution

• Use services for unlawful or prohibited activities

7. Limitation of Liability
