These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services offered by Nexilanka International (Pvt) Ltd.

1. Our Services

We offer:

• Web Design & Development

• Software & Mobile App Development

• UI/UX Design, Branding & Creative Design

• Social Media and IT Consultancy Services

2. Payment Terms

• All payments are accepted via PayHere.lk

• 50% advance is required to start the project

• Remaining 50% due before final delivery

• All prices are in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees)

3. Order Confirmation

• Work starts once the advance is confirmed via PayHere

• Confirmation and communication will be via email or preferred method

• Delivery timelines vary depending on project complexity

4. Revisions & Ownership

• We offer 3 standard revisions per project

• Ownership of final deliverables transfers after full payment

• Nexilanka may showcase non-confidential projects in its portfolio

5. Cancellation & Termination

• Clients may cancel anytime via email

• If cancelled before work starts: 90% refund

• If cancelled mid-way: refund based on completed work

• Nexilanka may terminate service due to non-cooperation or abuse

6. Legal Compliance

• Governed by the laws of Sri Lanka

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Colombo courts
