1. Services Offered

We provide the following professional services:

• Website Design & Development

• Software & Game Development

• Graphic Design & UI/UX

• Social Media Management

• Digital Consultancy

2. Payment Terms

• All payments are accepted through PayHere.lk, which supports Visa, MasterCard, Frimi, and other secure payment methods.

• A 50% advance payment is required to initiate any service.

• The remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery.

• Prices are listed in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees), unless stated otherwise.

3. Order Process

• Once payment is received, we will confirm the order via email and begin the service.

• All communication will be via email or your preferred contact method.

4. Revisions & Ownership

• We provide up to 3 revisions for each project.

• Upon full payment, all final deliverables become the property of the client.

• We retain the right to showcase non-confidential projects in our portfolio.

5. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement at any time in writing.

• If terminated by the client after project initiation, partial refunds may apply.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be settled in the courts of Colombo.
