2. Paid Support

  • After 30 days, we offer monthly or on-demand paid support packages.

  • Includes feature additions, redesigns, and long-term maintenance.

3. Support Availability

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT +5:30)

  • Emergency support available for enterprise clients
