This Support Policy explains the support services provided by Digital Hub, a trading name of Nexilanka International (Pvt) Ltd, for services offered through Digitalhub.lk.
We provide 30 days of free support after the successful delivery of a digital service.
Free support includes:
Assistance related to the delivered service
Minor adjustments related to the original service scope
Issue resolution related to service delivery
After the initial 30-day free support period, customers may request:
On-demand paid support
Ongoing maintenance or service assistance
Additional feature requests or service enhancements
Paid support terms will be communicated and agreed upon before commencement.
Support is available during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT +5:30)
Response times may vary depending on the nature of the request.
Emergency support may be provided for eligible customers on a case-by-case basis.
All support services are provided digitally through:

No physical support services are provided.
