This Support Policy explains the support services provided by Digital Hub, a trading name of Nexilanka International (Pvt) Ltd, for services offered through Digitalhub.lk.


1. Free Support

We provide 30 days of free support after the successful delivery of a digital service.

Free support includes:

  • Assistance related to the delivered service

  • Minor adjustments related to the original service scope

  • Issue resolution related to service delivery


2. Paid Support

After the initial 30-day free support period, customers may request:

  • On-demand paid support

  • Ongoing maintenance or service assistance

  • Additional feature requests or service enhancements

Paid support terms will be communicated and agreed upon before commencement.


3. Support Availability

Support is available during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT +5:30)

Response times may vary depending on the nature of the request.
Emergency support may be provided for eligible customers on a case-by-case basis.


4. Service Delivery & Communication

All support services are provided digitally through:

  • Email

  • Online communication channels

No physical support services are provided.
