1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Before work begins: 90% refund of advance payment

  • After work starts: Partial refund based on project progress

  • After project delivery: No refunds are available

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed projects or delivered work

  • Domain names, hosting fees, and third-party tools

  • Paid plugins or software licenses

3. Refund Process

  • Send refund requests to info@nexilanka.com within 7 days of payment

  • Include payment details and reason for the request

  • Approved refunds are processed via PayHere within 7–14 business days

4. No Refunds for Client Negligence

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Delays due to client inaction or lack of communication

  • Client’s change of mind after approval and delivery

5. Dispute Resolution

Contact us before filing a dispute with PayHere or your card provider. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
