Digital Hub provides digital services and digital platform setup assistance.
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be considered.
Refunds are applicable only if the requested digital service cannot be delivered as described.
Once a digital service, subscription setup, or digital assistance has been successfully delivered or activated, refunds are not applicable.
The following are non-refundable:
Successfully delivered digital services
Activated subscriptions or completed digital assistance
Services delivered via email or online access

Include your order ID, payment date, and reason for the request
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, where applicable.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Delays caused by customer inaction or lack of response
Change of mind after service delivery or activation
Incorrect information provided by the customer
Customers are encouraged to contact Digital Hub first to resolve any concerns.
We aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly before escalation.
All services provided by Digital Hub are digital services only.
No physical products are delivered.
