Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, we have the following refund policy:

1. Eligible Refunds

• If the project is cancelled before any work has begun, a 90% refund of the advance may be issued.

• If cancellation occurs after work has started, the refund amount will depend on how much work was completed.

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Completed services or delivered digital products

• Domain registrations, hosting, third-party software/tools

3. Refund Request Process

• Refund requests must be emailed to info@nexilanka.com within 7 days of payment.

• Approved refunds will be processed via PayHere within 7–14 business days.
