Right front holds a taupe velvet bow with a rhinestone center. Entire hat is covered with a delicate matching netting. Interior is finished with a taupe grosgrain ribbon. Inner circumference is 21 1 2 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 14 inches. The only condition issue is some damage on the veiling so it has to be worn tucked inside over the edges.
